The MFS-PT-X workstation redefines the standard for surface finishing. It combines state-of-the-art control technology and exceptional smoothness with a highly efficient extraction system. Developed for demanding continuous use in production, after-sales service and training centres, it offers an ergonomic working environment at the highest technical level.

Intelligent system control:
Lighting and extraction are controlled via a Wellner MFS-PT-X polishing machine. Activation is either automatic when the spindle starts or manual via the intuitive touch display or haptic controls. This intelligent networking guarantees focus on the essentials: the workpiece.

Superior extraction performance:
At the heart of the extraction system is an EBM-Papst fan specially manufactured for extraction purposes. Despite its compact design, it delivers an impressive range of performance that is normally only found in much larger extraction systems. Barely audible during normal operation, the system enables air speeds of up to 30 m/s. This ensures an absolutely clean working environment, even during intensive polishing work.

Highly efficient filtration:
Large filter units (500 x 600 mm) are used to protect users and the workshop environment. The standard configuration includes: G4 pre-filter for coarse particles and an F9 main filter (ePM1 85% according to EN 779:2012), thus ensuring maximum protection against respirable fine dust, microorganisms and spores while also offering a long service life.

Ergonomics and aesthetics:
The MFS-PT-X is based on an electrically height-adjustable table system. The 4-spindle mechanism from SUSPA (made in Germany) allows stepless adjustment of 300 mm with absolute stability – for a perfect working height that adapts to the master craftsman, not the other way around.

Surface technology without compromise:
The polishing machine is equipped with an industry-standard HSK-40C interface, which enables fast and highly precise tool changes (other spindle outputs are available as options). The housing emphasises the manufacturing character: solid, milled from solid material, brushed stainless steel meets black anodised aluminium – a construction built to last.
