Precision balance KERN PGJ 3000-1M

Precision balance for sales to the public with verification scale interval equal to the displayed interval (e = d = 0.1 g). The display has no auxiliary indicating device, so every digit shown is covered by verification. The balance therefore meets the legal requirements for weighing in front of the customer. The weighing range up to 3200 g is designed for purchase lots, bars and scrap gold in larger quantities.

The tuning fork weighing system delivers the reading quickly; the internal automatic adjustment uses an internal weight and maintains accuracy after a change of location. Checkweighing with optical and acoustic signal supports sorting and portioning, and the bar graph shows the remaining capacity. Each main function has its own key. Via the RS 232 interface the balance outputs weight, date and time as a GLP printout to a printer or PC.

The shock resistant stainless steel weighing pan measures 190 × 190 mm; the housing is a flat 89 mm high and works without a draft shield. A protective working cover is included. The model is optionally available verified ex works (conformity assessment under Directive 2014/31/EU).
