BONDERITE C-NE 20 (P3 Galvaclean)

BONDERITE C-NE 20 (P3 Galvaclean) is a powerful neutral industrial cleaner designed to remove polishing compounds and metalworking residues. It is suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals, ensuring reliable, spotless cleaning in both immersion and ultrasonic processes. Thanks to its hydrophobic properties, the product supports fast drying and provides a clean surface for subsequent processing steps.

During use, BONDERITE C-NE 20 forms a thin, water-repellent protective film on metal surfaces, significantly improving drying performance. At the same time, steel surfaces undergo slight passivation, resulting in a clean and uniform finish. Before any water-based follow-up processes such as electroplating or phosphating, this film should be removed with an appropriate alkaline cleaner.

Application:
• with ultrasonic: 30 - 120 s at 40 - 90 °C
• in immersion bath: 5 - 15 minutes
