Grinding and lapping machine Wellner MFS-1

The new MFS-1 from WELLNER is a compact and powerful lapping machine for highest demands. With these machines, surfaces and edges can be processed in a very special way. Restore old, damaged cases, bracelets and workpieces or give them a unique finish and increase the visual impression and value of your workpiece.

The modular lapping machine from German manufacturing has a powerful and torque powerful spindle motor, installed in a high-quality CNC milled housing with ergonomic design. The stator housing made of grey cast iron ensures that the motor runs particularly smoothly.

The machine is equipped with an Eco-Mode, which enables particularly smooth and energy-saving operation. The torque boost mode can be switched on at the push of a button, which ensures a significant increase in torque during rough grinding work, even at low speeds.

The speed of 0-3000 rpm can be set classically via a rotary knob or via the large touch screen. Desired speeds and work steps can be stored in the memory so that they can be exactly repeated later 1:1. The set speed is shown in the large and clear display. The 240mm large precision aluminium disc is removable and can optionally be replaced by a steel or tin disc. An emergency stop switch ensures optimum safety. Made in Germany!
